Police Chief Simulator Tools
Checklists and PC specs so the first shift is about stamps, not settings.
Guides teach the job. This hub is the clipboard you keep beside the game: can your PC run it, and what must be true before you open the lobby. Police Chief Simulator is a first-person Unreal sim with a busy interior. The ruin is light. The staffed station is not.
Start with system requirements if you have not installed anything yet. Start with the first-day checklist if the game is already downloading and you want a punch list for power, trash, fax, and the open lever.
Why a tools section exists
New chiefs lose evenings to two problems that are not “skill issues”:
- The station hitching once NPCs fill the lobby (a known Prologue-launch complaint).
- A correct-looking precinct that still will not take reports because one object is missing.
Neither problem is solved by rereading the Steam trailer. They are solved by a spec check and a checklist. Deep systems still live under the Guides Hub — Getting Started, controls, solve cases, renovate.
What these pages are not
They are not cheat tables, not Roblox scripts, and not a redeem-code tracker. Steam lists a single-player paid sim with free intros. If someone promised you infinite cash codes, they are on the wrong wiki. Official channels are on the links hub.
They are also not a substitute for patch notes. If a hotfix changes how saves are named or how the detective room clips, that is an update, not a tool.
How to use the checklist with the calendar
The full game is scheduled for 17 September 2026. The checklist works on the Prologue and Demo today. After launch, the same objects (fax, shredder, lever, TAB) should still be the first-hour test; district patrols get added on top. Compare builds on prologue versus full so you do not fail a Prologue checklist for missing a gang-leader map.
Pairing with hardware
Minimum store specs currently cite Windows 10 64-bit, an Intel Core i5-3550-class CPU, a GeForce GTX 1060-class GPU, DirectX 11, and about 9 GB of disk. RAM is not always printed in the short Steam module; if your machine is 8 GB or less, expect to close browsers. Deck users should read the Prologue’s Unsupported report before buying a dock. Details and a sanity check are on the requirements page.
When the PC is fine and the shift still fails, you do not need another spec page. You need beginner tips and the first-day checklist.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What tools does this Police Chief Simulator wiki offer?
A system requirements page and a first-day checklist. Gameplay explanations stay in guides.
Is there a code redeem tool?
No. This Steam sim does not use live gift codes on this site.
Should I check specs before the Demo?
Yes. A busy lobby is heavier than the opening ruin. Read system requirements.
